The apartments have a maximum capacity of 4 guests, with 2 people in a double bed and 2 people on a sofa bed. An additional €25 per person applies if the standard capacity is exceeded.

AUTO CHECK-IN PROCESS – ONA LIVING (ARRIVALS AFTER 5:00 PM)

Reception is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM every day, including weekends. It is very important to have all passports or identification documents ready before starting the process, as all guests must be registered.

To start the auto check-in, select your language from the dropdown menu in the top right corner and click CHECK-IN. You can search for your reservation by last name or booking reference number. If you choose last name, enter your last name and departure date; if you choose booking reference, enter your reservation code. Then click NEXT and your reservation details will appear on the screen. Check them and click ACCEPT.

Next, place your ID or passport face up in the ID CARD compartment and press NEXT. Your details will appear again; press NEXT to continue. Depending on your nationality, you will be asked for your province, city, postal code, and email. Complete the fields marked with a blinking red box and click ACCEPT after entering each detail. Once all information is entered, click NEXT.

If there is any payment due, the amount will appear on screen and you must pay by card by tapping it on the reader. If no payment is pending, the system will proceed to the next step. Then your registration form will appear, where you should sign and accept the conditions. In the TICKET area you will find your payment ticket along with your apartment information, departure date, WIFI, and the emergency number +34 93 362 28 75. Your key will be available in the KEYS area.

You now have access to Ona Living. Welcome! It is very important to remember to retrieve your ID or passport from the ID CARD compartment.

The next day, we look forward to welcoming you at reception from 9:00 AM to sign the registration and greet you personally.

Hotel booking policy (up to 10 bookings)

Important: please be informed that hotel bookings through bnetwork online portal are exclusively for participants registered to Vitafoods Europe 2026. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation/s in case registration for the event has not been done.

Minimum stay: Please note that some hotels may require a minimum stay of 2 or 3 nights and/or compulsory nights. The minimum stay is applicable per guest and per room.

Payment policy:

Upon acknowledgement of booking, a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total cost of your reservation is requested to secure your hotel reservation.

By February 18th 2026 an additional 50% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 100% of the total reserved allotment.

Failure to pay the remaining 50% deposit by February 18th 2026 will result in cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of all deposits paid.

From February 19th 2026 any additional booking must be paid in the moment of making the reservation. Bookings without payment will not be confirmed.

Final invoice will be issued and provided by the hotel upon check out.

Cancellation policy:

From confirmation until January 26th 2026, in case of cancellation of reservation no cancellation charges are applied.

From January 27th to February 24th 2026, in case of cancellation of reservation, the participant will be charged 50% of the total cost of the cancelled nights. Reduction of stay is permitted as long as the minimum stay is respected.

From February 25th 2026, in case of cancellation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 100% of the total cost of the cancelled nights.

Penalties may apply. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid.

Reservation modification changes: all reservation modifications can be made through the website "My account" function at vitafoodsbarcelona.bnetwork.com or in writing via email. Changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours and are subject to availability.

Personal information protection: bnetwork complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding collection, use, transfer, disclosure, retention, security, and destruction of “personal information” (P.I.) and “personally identifiable information”). Bnetwork will only use P.I. that is provided by the company or directly by an individual solely to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under this contract. bnetwork shall not employ the P.I. for b network’s own purposes nor for the purposes of third parties. bnetwork shall not transfer data or P.I. to any third parties, except upon prior written approval of the company. By signing this contract, you confirm that you are entitled and have corresponding approval to disclose on behalf of a third-party data.

Hotel booking policy (from 11 bookings):

Payment conditions:

Upon confirmation, a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total cost of your pre-reserved allotment is requested to secure your hotel reservation.

By 18th February 2026, an additional 30% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 80% of the total reserved allotment.

By 24th March 2026, an additional 20% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 100% of the total reserved allotment.

From 25th March 2026, any additional balances or bookings are requested to be paid upon confirmation.

We kindly inform you that the final invoice will be issued and provided by the hotel through bnetwork.

Cancellation conditions:

From confirmation of your hotel allotment until 26th January 2026, in case of cancellation of reservation(s) or pre-booked allotment, you are committed to pay 10% of the deposit paid as administrative cancellation fees penalty. Partial cancellation is allowed without penalty.

Between 27th January and 24th February 2026, 50% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

Between 25th February and 31st March 2026, 20% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

Between 01st April and 15th April 2026, 5% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

From 16th April 2026, 100% of the allotment night by night is due in case of cancellation.
